Information collected
The enquiry form may collect your name, contact details, whether you are buying or selling, property preferences, approximate budget, property information, timeframe and any message you choose to provide.
Why it is used
Your information is used to respond to your request, understand your property requirements and provide relevant real-estate assistance. The basis for this use is your request for information and the consent you provide when submitting a form. Your details are not used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored in the website’s protected lead system for follow-up and record keeping. They are kept only while the enquiry remains active, while a professional relationship continues, or for any longer period required by applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be securely removed.
Services involved
The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. If you choose the WhatsApp or Google Calendar options, those providers process information under their own privacy terms. Property links may also take you to Norma Franck or a property presentation website. Only the information needed to operate the website and respond to your chosen contact method should be shared with these services.
Website measurement
The website records basic first-party events such as page views, guide visits, property interest and form completion. These events do not include the content of your enquiry.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability of information you supplied. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the email address above to exercise a right. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your information has been handled improperly.
International visitors
Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the relevant provider is responsible for the safeguards described in its privacy terms. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry.
